This is the second time I have reserved with SFRV

This is the second time I have reserved with SFRV and my confidence in them has grown a lot. They are not just professional and efficient, but their team is very caring and supportive when special help is needed. I booked both flight and hotel with them and needed the hotel reservation before the flight. The team listened carefully and sent the hotel confirmation earlier as I asked. Really happy with how the team has handled things so far. What I like most is how quick they reply, whether on the website chat or by email, any question I ask, I get a fast answer.

The company was okay.

The company was okay. I paid via PayPal and got my flight and hotel info around 8 hours later. Then I realized I messed up the names and emailed for correction. Got a reply after 9 hours. Had some more messages over 2 days to sort out booking details. Checked flight with CheckMyTrip app and hotel with Booking.com app. It's fast if you don't make mistakes or have questions. Otherwise, it might take up to 5 days, as their website says. Finally got the visa. Thanks.

I snagged a ticket+hotel+insurance deal, and the total cost flashed $85, but guess what? They helped themselves to a whopping $274 from my account. Quick email to sort things out, and nada, zilch, no reply! Instead, they dash off tickets, flights, and all that jazz, tossing in a casual "insurance not refundable" line. Feels like I got scammed big time. Thinking of reporting these shady moves to the big shots in Singapore. Save yourself the trouble, don't get caught in their scammy web.
