The hosts at Saga were always available

The hosts at Saga were always available, and Sylvia helped me with a map of the walk from the hotel to the track in front of the mountain. The location of the hotel was great for walks, whether into the town or out into the countryside. There were 6 hours of activities offered each day by the hotel team, and two guided walks each week. The outdoor swimming pool was open for those who wanted to swim. My room was large and kept clean. I enjoyed some tasty food.

Our experience was decent

Our experience was decent, from the flight to the hotel transfer and check-in. The orientation talk and walk with Chris, our Saga rep, was informative. The welcome drinks and activities were well arranged. The hotel facilities, location, staff, and meals were very good. We had a nice holiday overall. Thank you, Saga, for our first trip with you.

One word Amazing!!!

One word Amazing!!! We were greeted at Heathrow by our tour manager who was wonderful in every way. Her planning from start to end was done so well. Moving from hotel to hotel was simple thanks to her perfect timings and knowledge of the area we traveled through.

I booked our vacation over the phone because there weren’t many options left. I asked for a call back and got one within 10 minutes. The agent was helpful and explained everything clearly. I was happy with how smooth it all went. Good service overall.

We really liked our holiday in Malta with Saga.

We really liked our holiday in Malta with Saga. The hotel (ODYCY) was comfy and clean. Food was tasty with lots of choices. The Saga rep was friendly, shared trip info clearly, and tried to keep everyone entertained. Staff were kind, but the system for getting drinks at the bar was slow and a bit confusing. Overall, a very nice trip.

The hotel requires some updates

The hotel requires some updates, which are planned for next year. My room was loud (top floor) due to the fans on the roof. They were doing plastering on the ceiling while I was still there. On certain weekend nights, the dining crowd was too large for the buffet, which led to chaos and long waits. Wi-fi also went out twice during my stay.
