I had a poor experience with Carnival Cruise. I booked a cruise for my children in March 2024, and while they advertise “vacation protection,” it didn't feel like it was worth it. After making a deposit and buying "Faster to the Fun," the cruise was suddenly cancelled without any notice. I was told by a representative to file a claim because my cabin was no longer available, but the claim was denied. Carnival refused to take responsibility, and then charged me double to renew the cruise. Their business practices seem dishonest. If you want a smooth vacation without the risk of losing money, I suggest looking into other cruise lines. You'll be glad you did.
