Exceeded Expectations!!

I recently went on the four day camping trip in Yellowstone and in the Grand Teton National Park. I would have to say that the experience exceeded my expectations! The campsite the first night had an awesome view of the mountains and we had half the day to explore Jenny Lake. The views are spectacular! The rest of the trip was spent in Yellowstone and I was able to see everything I wanted to and more. The weather was ever-changing and it did get chilly at night, but that is expected when you are in the mountains. We had Kaitlyn as our group leader and she was great! She was knowledgeable about the parks and was very organized. She was also very flexible with the group as well. Several people in our group organized a polar bear plunge at the Yellowstone Lake on the last night, which was fun to watch. It was even more fun for those who participated. As a whole, this was a trip I will not forget. I would definitely like to go on another trip with this company in the future.

Amazing trip with lots of surprises along the way!

We had an amazing 3 day tour of Zion, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley and Grand canyon. We appreciated our Guide - Adriann's introduction of the places, sharing useful facts about the area. He also gave very useful tips on how to maximise our time in these areas by highlighting the best spots for hiking and taking photos! Adriann's thoughtful curated song lists provide a lovely soundtrack as we approach these beautiful places, further enhancing our sense of wonder and adventure! Ps. The quick stop by route 66 was the icing on the cake!

We enjoyed a fantastic 3 day trip to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, and Grand Canyon. Our guide, Adriann, did a great job introducing the locations and sharing interesting facts about the area. He also provided helpful tips on making the most of our time, pointing out the best places for hiking and snapping photos! Adriann's carefully picked song lists added a nice touch as we arrived at these stunning spots, boosting our sense of excitement and adventure!

Overall a great time. Best trip ever. Very organized and tidy places. Guide Cris was very smart and supportive. He made the whole journey enjoyable and went above and beyond. The 3 days camping style let us see the highlights of UTAH/ ARIZONA. AMAZING!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would for this tour.

7-Day: Zion, Bryce, Monument Valley, Arches and Grand Canyon Tour

Such an amazing, incredible week on this 7 day Southwest Tour. Highly recommend giving this trip a try because it changed my life. So hard to pick a favorite part, but the helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon left me speechless. Marie, my tour guide, was so amazing and kept the chaos of the week feel controlled and not rushed at all. She kept the group having a laugh and having fun all week long! Bindlestiff Tours customer Service team are amazing-Top Notch in every way! thank you - highly recommend.

Back in 2020, my husband

Back in 2020, my husband and I booked a tour with Bindlestiff, planning for an epic adventure. We paid around $4000 upfront, but then COVID hit. Living in the UK but working in Washington DC at the time, I had to return home in March 2020 when borders shut. That’s when things took a turn. Bindlestiff flat out refused to give our money back, offering a “credit” instead. With no idea when we could travel again, planning a future trip was just impossible. I was 66 back then, and adding more flight costs from the UK to Vegas just wasn’t practical. Plus, UK citizens were barred from the US for nearly two years. Because of that so-called “credit,” our travel insurance wouldn’t pay out either, so we were out $4000. The worst part was Bindlestiff’s attitude. They were unhelpful and dismissive, acting like we were just a bother to their bottom line. It was a stark contrast to United Airlines, Amtrak, and the various hotels we had booked; all of them were understanding and refunded our money without hassle. Dealing with Bindlestiff was a nightmare, and it took years of trying everything to get our money back, with no success. Looking back, it’s clear they just didn’t care about customer service or the exceptional circumstances we were all in. If you’re considering booking with them, think twice. Our experience was frustrating and costly, and their customer service left a lot to be desired.
