This was my first visit and I must say, the

This was my first visit and I must say, the team was welcoming and skilled. The carts and safety gear were in good shape, and the track seemed in great shape too, even though it was a modified setup due to the rain. The safety briefing was clear and conducted in a friendly, professional way. The young man who gave the briefing was open to questions and very approachable. The cost was around $30 for a single race, which I thought was reasonable for the roughly 10-minute race. I plan to return on a dry day to better enjoy the track, as the rain made it tricky for me as a beginner.

We had a great time today

We had a great time today at Go Pro's Go Kart racetrack! The facility is big enough for groups and small enough for individuals. They make meals on-site (pizza and wings) and offer a variety of drinks (Coke products). There's also ping pong and corn hole in the meeting room. They thorough review safety and the rules of riding. It's a great place for children and adults. The go karts go up to 50 mph and can really handle the curves. I went with a group and we had a great time!

Stopping by this place with my family

Stopping by this place with my family, we decided to give it a shot. I hadn't ridden in a while, so I tried it with my son-in-law. It was fun driving these go-karts. I had a good time. However, there was a group of people who were very serious and bumped into me while trying to pass. I got hit in the ribs, but luckily, it wasn't serious.

    Nice arrangement all week

Nice arrangement all week, you and your buddies can bring your own racing gear and practice, for a fee, onlookers are free and that's great!! They also have some racing series you can join and compete in national racing events held there plus their weekly and monthy series, too.

A newcomer's dismay: lack of support and guidance

My initial experience at this go-karting track was unfortunately marked by a distinct lack of customer service, especially for first-timers. The staff's rudeness and poor communication greatly diminished the overall enjoyment. After completing a waiver and receiving a wristband, I found myself navigating the entire process without any guidance on crucial aspects like acquiring helmets, neck braces, locker usage, or choosing a suitable kart. The absence of safety briefings and what seemed like a bias towards experienced patrons created a perplexing atmosphere for newcomers. The necessity to decipher procedures through observation made the experience isolating. A more inclusive and informative approach, considering the unique needs of first-timers, is paramount for enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive introduction to the dynamic realm of go-karting. The track's commitment to addressing these shortcomings would undoubtedly contribute to a more welcoming and enjoyable experience for all patrons, regardless of their level of expertise.

The transformation of this venue over the years has been disappointing

The transformation of this venue over the years has been disappointing. Having been a loyal patron, witnessing the decline is disheartening. The current management displays a concerning lack of accountability and a dismissive attitude toward customer concerns. Regrettably, a place once cherished has become indifferent to the very patrons who sustained it. Despite being one of the few options in the vicinity, the management's seeming disinterest in addressing issues exacerbates the problem. The absentee owners contribute to the disconnect, leaving the venue in a state of neglect. It's a shame to see what was once a thriving destination reduced to a shadow of its former self. Hoping for a reconsideration of management practices and a return to treating paying customers with the respect they deserve. Until then, caution is advised unless one enjoys a leisurely 25 mph drive down the highway as an alternative to the venue's declining standards.
