This company is not what they say they are. They don’t offer any new ideas compared to other real estate courses, even though they say they do. There are many modules to complete, and when I got to #3, I saw this isn’t what they promised. I left many messages by phone and facebook with no answer. I should have done more research (my fault) but this program is NON-REFUNDABLE... don’t buy it unless you know it’s like any other course. They tell you to build a "team" at the start of the modules, with contractors, lenders, and agents. This is a waste of time once you know real estate investing is about numbers. They also suggest setting up an LLC with the state before finishing the course and really understanding it... again, waste of time and cash. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT - BAD WAY TO RUN BUSINESS.

At first I thought it was pricey but soon realized the course is worth every cent!! They don’t keep asking for cash like other master classes. The Flip stress group and coaches SHOW UP just like they say. The mindset coaching (Shari Jo) and the training that Kristine Che and Sis give is amazing, and they show up and teach you anything you want about Real-estate investing flipping and holding. They boost your confidence and all the ladies in the FB group give you positive support and NEVER put you down or make you feel bad!! They answer every question with kindness. I always leave both these ladies and the FB group feeling much better than before. I have got referrals about Lenders. Their lessons and stories stick with you and you remember what they showed you. They have definetely given me the confidence to keep going because there were times years ago I felt like quitting saying "this is so much work". The zoom calls with Debbie Blair Sis and Shari are awesome. You feel cared for in a group call with ladies asking the questions you wanted to ask but felt silly to ask. Their motto is NO QUESTION IS SILLY!! Just ask it. Lastly, since joining on 06/26/2024 I have learned so much with these ladies in this short time. Granted it’s a lot of work Flipping Houses and it isn’t easy because I’m still learning and there is still much I have to learn and remember but This keeps me busy and to know at the end of this journey(hope it never ends lol) There will be a big reward at the end of this rainbow!! Love you all and Hope one day I can celebrate closing one deal so I can rinse and repeat others. Even though I am new, I know a broker can’t promise any profits. So I sometimes use their trading signals and it helps me to earn something while trading.

I’m here to share my honest thoughts about this program because I keep seeing a few bad reviews and honestly, I just don’t get it. Don’t listen to those! They don’t want to see anyone succeed and only try to bring others down. It’s really sad. There are so many positive reviews about this program and team, but a handful of unhappy people have to come here and talk trash about all the great things just to feel better! These negative folks seem more bitter than anything. They didn’t stick with it and somehow blame the program, lol! People like that always blame others. They’re never happy and act like a Karen everywhere. I have gotten way more than I expected from this program. When I needed extra help, coaching was there. Coaches even reached out when they saw me stuck. NOT just in the first 3 months. You can give feedback ANY TIME! To your coach or Support team. Anytime, and they will help you! Anyone saying otherwise is lying. The program’s structure is clear when you join, and you must agree to the rules before you start. They’re super open and THERE ARE NO SURPRISES! I spent over \$50,000 on other programs that didn’t deliver, so that’s why I’m here. This team works harder than anyone every day for everyone, even the complainers. I honestly don’t know how they keep it up. You’ll love the support and community here! It’s so welcoming and positive! Can’t wait to meet you inside!

My experience with the FlipSisters has been amazing. I can honestly say it has changed my life. After going through a divorce, I had no real estate knowledge and no money to invest. But I saw so many stories of women like me succeeding with this program, so I decided to give it a try. I had to do something since I wasn’t getting anywhere on my own. The training and lessons blew me away! I learned so much, and everything was explained in detail. They really don’t leave anything out, and there’s no pressure to buy anything else after finishing the course. The coaches and community are one of a kind. I feel truly supported and valued. It’s a very welcoming and positive environment with so much encouragement! Whenever I need extra help, I can just reach out and get guidance right away. Every time I contact the team with questions, feedback, or ideas, they respond fast and really listen. They care about our success! When I first got interested in flipping houses, I started listening to house flipping podcasts to learn more about the process. That’s when I found the Women Flipping Houses podcast. This is one of the best programs I've ever joined in my real estate journey. It made flipping houses so easy. Everything I needed was there, all my questions were answered, with examples and strategies. Not only did I gain knowledge, but I also found support from amazing coaches and like-minded people. The program helped me with more than just flipping houses, it changed how I approach my real estate business. As a realtor, it completely shifted my view of the market and properties. I've been to many real estate trainings before, but none of them compare to this one. I love it, still enjoying it, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to make a real change in their life.

I came in after checking out some other real estate investing groups that cost way more and didn’t seem to have as solid reviews as Debbie’s group. I realy liked that it was for women and helping them win. It’s a lot cheaper and you get plenty of one on one help, steady chatting and advice in the Facebook group, plus really clear materials and videos that show you step by step what works and what doesn’t when flipping houses. I got nothing bad to say and if flipping is your aim, this group is a smart place to be!

This is the second community I have joined.

This is the second community I have joined. The first one was also nice, but I decided to try the second one because it was focused on women – different ways of thinking and approaching things. Also, it teaches how to focus on the local level and build a team, unlike a national approach. I really appreciate that the goal is to make places and people better than when we first came. Sure, it takes a lot of effort, and there are no easy ways around it, but the support is great and the involvement is real.

One of the best programs I’ve been part of in my real estate career. Flipping homes got way easy with it. It gave me answers, tools and good tips. I also met some great women there. The coaches are super kind and help in every step. It didn’t just help with flips, it helped my real estate work in genral. I’ve done other trainings but nothing really matches Debbie’s. I still enjoy it and tell others to try it.

I signed up in January, followed the instructions, attended the calls, and began my first flip 4 months after. The support from the coaches has been really helpful; they genuinely want us to succeed. I wouldn't have felt confident doing this without their help. I'm about to list my flip for sale and will update on my profit once it's sold.
