Due to all the snow in my area
Due to all the snow in my area, the kibble took a little longer to arrive, but once it did, it was still fine. The pack gets really excited whenever the boxes come and they always gather around to watch me open them and take things out. Every time we get a new delivery, the pack's excitement is just like the first time the kibble arrived almost 4 years ago.

The scissors are just like the ad said. They even included some pet food samples. Sadly, I don’t have a white dog (the food had fish in it, and my dog isn't a fan) or any cats. It would have been better if they had checked with me before sending those samples, so I could have used them.

I’ve seen a big change in my dog Oliver after he started eating the Superior Pet brand. He doesn’t scratch and itch all the time anymore. I’m really glad he’s finally feeling better and more at ease. Haha.

The product was just what I was looking for, but the shipping took way too long. I made sure to order my dog's food ahead of time, but it still arrived later than expected. I ended up ordering from Amazon, and they got my food to me five days earlier, even though I placed my order with you a whole week before.

The company is okay. They reply pretty quick. My problem is that my dog stopped eating this food. She won't touch it, even with toppers.
