They were good before but now
They were good before but now seem more about cash. I got charged unexpectedly after cancelling. They say I paused my account for 3 days. If so, it'd be good to remind me before charging. I did a job for a one-time event, didn't know about a 3-month pause option.

Been with StreamYard since 2018. Like the platform, updates come quick, and they fix issues fast. I do livestreams and recordings 3-4 times a week.

I recently used this service and it cut off the start
I recently used this service and it cut off the start of a live recording, ruining it and wasting all the effort we put in. It looks like they aren't keen on fixing the issue - it's been over a month now. I paused my subscription in hopes they’d resolve it, but they still charged me.

I subscribed to premium for a month and forgot to cancel. I got charged for another month, and 10 minutes later I contacted them to ask nicely for a refund because I didn't need it anymore. They said no, and when I showed my disapointment, they just ended the chat. Such a bad company with bad ethics. I was surprised by their short sight. Remember, I contacted them just 10 minutes after being charged. They only care about money and not their customers. I will never use them again or recommend them.
