At first, things seemed alright.
At first, things seemed alright. Then, everything went downhill. I made an order, and after waiting for 3 weeks, I asked about the delivery date. Turns out, they hadn't even started processing it. I spoke with 2 friendly reps, but the third one didn't seem to care at all that I canceled. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Lower prices aren't worth the letdown and unkept promises. Plenty of other reliable places to shop.

The service at Speedway could really be faster.
The service at Speedway could really be faster. Gas prices are often the highest around, and the store is not very clean. Prices for some items feel like they are too high. The speedy card doesn’t seem worth it, especially when the service is so slow, even at 8am. I prefer going somewhere else.

The numbers on the gas sign are really hard to see since the lights behind them dont work. Not a great way to keep things running if people cant even tell how much the gas costs.

I ordered a chrome mounting kit for my chrome alternator. To begin with, the quality wasn't great. Even worse, the product came incomplete. It only included the two brackets, but there were no chrome bolts, washers, spacers, or extension pens. I ended up buying a second kit from Amazon, discarding the parts I didn’t need, and using the necessary chrome pieces like nuts, bolts, and washers. A real letdown.

I ordered a part and had to call tech support four times, but no one noticed it was the wrong part. The hold times were crazy long, and I never heard back from them. There were a couple of friendly customer service reps, but the whole experience was a huge waste of two months. The refund process was also a mess.
