    I've had a great time with BMW of Roxbury!

    I've had a great time with BMW of Roxbury! This is our 7th leased car from this location, and we've worked with Jerry Solomon for the first five. He then introduced us to Ramon Guadalupe for our two latest cars. Both Jerry and Ramon have been very helpful, along with Gregory, who always helps us understand the car’s tech features, which are constantly being updated. The process has gone really smoothly, and between my mother's 2024 5 series and the 2025 3 series, we are happy and have had nothing but good experiences with the Open Road Auto Group. Working with them has truly made the driving experience better!

    I had a really positive experience at BMW of Roxbury. Working with Wayne Del Vecchio was a great choice—he was friendly, helpful, and made everything clear, which made buying a car much easier! Wayne and the team were always approachable, and I felt valued as a customer from the start. There was no pressure at all, and Wayne provided honest, straightforward answers. I would definitely recommend Wayne and BMW of Roxbury to anyone interested in getting a car!

    Just bought our 3rd car from BMW Roxbury.

    Just bought our 3rd car from BMW Roxbury. This time it was a pre-owned car, and Wayne Del Vecchio made the process really smooth. He was very helpful, never too pushy, and took care of all the little details. Really happy with how things went – would definetly recommend. Their service team is also really good.

    This company was very difficult to work with.

    This company was very difficult to work with. I would not recommend buying a car here. They refused to give me a price on a new car because I wasn't sure whether to choose a BMW or a Mercedes. I didn't feel like they were helpful at all.
