Cecilia and her team did a wonderful job! From the moment I reached out about donating our mobile home, she kept me updated every step of the way. From the paperwork, lockbox, communication with the mobile home park, site visits from interested parties, and the workers who removed the home, I was always in the know. The process took a bit longer than expected, but we worked together and got it done. I’m so glad we made it happen! Thank you so much, Cecilia, for everything you did to help my family move on and also give another family a new place to live. You guys are great, and I’ll definitely recommend your services if I get the chance!

Banyan is a great service, I really suggest them for mobile home donation & removal. The process is simple and clear. After our home was inspected, it was put up for listing and within 2 days it was gone. Everything moved so quickly that we didn’t have someone come over in time to connect the electricity to the well, so after the wires were taken off, we had no water for a few days, but overall this is a win, win, win for everyone involved.

I owned a mobile home in a trailer park that got sold to a development company. We had a set time to get the home moved out. Cecelia and her team were GREAT to deal with. They had a buyer lined up at the end that fell through. Then, with a very tight deadline, they still managed to find another buyer and get the mobile home removed. Cecelia was always on time and polite, keeping me informed through every step of the process.

I had a home taken off my land on Lookout Mountain with help from Banyan Homes and working with Cecilia made things smoother. She always gave me updates from start to end and when I had any questions she was quick to tell me what was going on. You dont find people like her offen.
