I am happy to give this company a high rating. I work in a Day Support for adults and had the chance to take my team to visit this Dodge dealership. Marlow, Taylor, and the other two gentlemen (sorry for not remembering their names) helped me make this experience possible. You were kind, polite, and very professional. You gave your time and effort to make us feel valued and welcomed. Thank you for everything. I truly appreciate what you did for us.

I had an interesting visit to this dealership, as they really seem to focus on the customer, not just selling cars. My sales consultant was Victor. He offered solid service, a helpful approach, and showed interest in my needs as a buyer. Of course, selling cars is their goal, but it's not often you come across such sincere customer care and service.

Bought a 2014 Honda CR-V. First time buying a car by myself. The deal was good. The staff was really friendly. James, the salesman, was helpful. Mike, the finance manager, explained everything well. Overall, I’m happy with the hole team.

There are a lot of extra charges that aren't shown upfront.
There are a lot of extra charges that aren't shown upfront. The price you see is before additional fees of around $1,200, and it also requires financing and a trade-in. If you're not doing either of these, the cost will be much higher. The process of making an offer is confusing and requires you to submit a "formal offer," along with paperwork and earnest money (which needs to be paid in cash). It's really unnecesary.
