I've rated them 4 stars, as Spaceship is a relatively new player in the domain and hosting industry. My only concern is whether they can maintain their current level of service quality, and if their prices might increase in the future. Time will tell!

Spaceship support has been quite

Spaceship support has been quite helpful and did what they could - I would have given 5 stars but the limit on outgoing emails through Yahoo is not acceptable and I had to switch my email to another ESP so I can ensure my emails reach customers on time. The last email I sent to a Yahoo address from my spacemail account took 1 1/2 days to arrive. I hope you can fix this problem soon.

Unlike many other companies that lure you in with low prices and then hike them up for renewals indefinitely, Spaceship sticks to its fair pricing. It's pretty cool.

Good servis and kind support. But when I put Promo Code from Bangladesh, it shows VPN noticed, but I wasn’t even using any vpn. That’s not nice, just write that the code don’t work in Bangladesh. Still hoping, you will make your codes work in Bangladesh too. Still, I like spaceship, becoz I use spaceship.

It’s not very hard, but looks like it’s more for people buying lots of domains, so not ideal if you only need one. Cost is fair. Still, I wish there was support for ACME DNS challenge with Spaceship. That would make things easyer.

There are way too many apps that seem unnecessary. All I want is to manage my dns, why do I need to see 100 other apps? They should be in a separate section. The main part should focus on advanced dns with just one click.

Worst company on the planet! I transferred a few domains to them because they offered low price renewals, but then I learned they do that to scam you and keep your domains. I have a login with a passkey. I noticed I started having email issues so I needed to check my domain name server settings. They will not give me access to my account and when I lookup my domain details my name and info has been removed! They are telling me they opened a ticket and are researching! Researching what? They won’t give me access to my site and have been blowing me off with the “research and trouble ticket for days when I have an URGENT business matter and need to fix my emails right away! I am furious! Stay far far far away! I don’t even think this is a legitimate company! I made a TikTok video and had hundreds of comments with complaints! I hope anyone reading this who is considering this company saves themselves from a nightmare! Go with a legitimate company! This is my curse for trying to save a few dollars!

Repeated attempts led to the same result, with my account getting banned after they took my money. Attempting to contact customer service was a frustrating ordeal. Long waits and a chat bot were the only responses I encountered, with no access to a phone number for immediate assistance. The lack of reliable support channels added to the overall dissatisfaction with the company's services.

Been with them for a while now. Started off okay, but things took a nosedive. Recently, got into a mess – bought a domain, and bam! Four of my spaceship accounts got locked simultaneously. Reason? Apparently, I supposedly abused some promotion. Truth is, I had different accounts for each client I handle. Ever since Namecheap took over, reliability has hit rock bottom.

Tried logging in, password supposedly wrong even though I knew it wasn’t. Annoying, but I figured I’d just reset it. Requested a reset link – nothing. Waited, still nothing. Tried again and again. Finally got a reset link, but it was invalid. Got another one, invalid too. Third time's the charm, I guess, finally reset my password. But then, 2FA issues. Same problem, waited ages for the email. When it finally came, it was already expired by 30 minutes. Kept trying, and after hours of this, I got locked out for "too many attempts." Honestly, it was a super frustrating experience.
