I used Sonigo to send a partial container from the USA

I used Sonigo to send a partial container from the USA to Israel. In general, I was happy with how things went. The team did a solid job packing our items in the USA and getting them to Israel. They responded pretty fast to my calls and emails. Setting up the delivery in Israel took a couple of days, but it was still on time. My suggestion would be to plan for more items than you think you have because it seems like people always end up with more than they thought.

Sonigo was good, mainly on the American side

Sonigo was good, mainly on the American side though, always more professional than in Israel. I wish there were more updates about when my shipment was actually going to arrive instead of just receiving an estimated time. Also, I feel like the Israeli movers could be more professional. I think anything that had to be taken apart for packing should have been put back together, not just some items. I also don’t think the movers on both sides should be pushing for a big tip, we’re already paying so much to move between countries. All our things arrived safely, so that's definitely a reason to recommend. Overall, the process was pretty smooth.
