I haven't used them yet, but I was eager to try until I came across some of the 1-star reviews. It seems like they rely heavily on Copart for many of their auctions. If I wanted to deal with Copart, I would go directly to them. Copart has a bad reputation for being one of the worst online car auction platforms, with almost all reviews being negative. They are known for misleading descriptions and poor service. The fact that autoauctionmall partners with them makes me second guess using their site. If their car descriptions aren’t accurate, autoauctionmall should be fighting for customer rights. Instead, it feels like once they get their payment, they have no interest in supporting you. It's disheartening to see such practices in the market.

From the moment I clicked buy to having the truck delivered from the auction clearing house, it was completed within a day. The title arrived soon after. People who leave negative reviews don't seem to realize that they're buying from a dealer's auction with no warranty. If you're looking for auction cars, this site is the right place to go. For those who want a warranty, maybe try paying MSRP at a local dealership.
