I have to say, this company made buying

I have to say, this company made buying a vehicle from far away much easier than I expected. I was looking for a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, and found it at Motor Trends. I reached out to Mike, who was clear and honest about everything. I explained I was 1,500 miles away in Michigan, and he assured me that they could get it delivered right to me. I honestly thought it sounded too easy, but to my surprise, it worked out. The car arrived in just 8 days, and Mike kept me informed throughout the whole process, even sending pictures as it was being loaded. After driving it for a bit, though, I noticed a small issue. I contacted Mike, and the owner, Garrick Hatfield, called me right back. He was very understanding and arranged for the vehicle to be taken to a local repair shop. There were some minor repairs needed, but Garrick covered all the costs and made sure I was taken care of. He also apologized for the delay and offered a free detailing as a gesture of goodwill. All in all, a smooth experience with great customer service!

This was my first time working with them, and I was a bit unsure in the beginning, but they were upfront, professional, and treated me well from start to finish.
