Finger weg!

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von diesem Unternehmen. Meine Bestellung liegt seit über 40 Tagen zurück, aber die Ware ist bis heute nicht angekommen. Trotz mehrmaliger Anfragen habe ich nur leere Versprechen erhalten – Liefertermine wurden nicht eingehalten, und die Kommunikation lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe eine letzte Frist gesetzt und eine Rückerstattung gefordert, sollte die Bestellung nicht bald eintreffen. Sollte sich das Problem nicht lösen, werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Ich kann niemandem empfehlen, hier zu bestellen. Sehr unprofessionell und absolut enttäuschend.

Avoid this store at all costs. Once you visit their site, they flood your email with offers that seem suspicious. They claim you can pay with Paypal, yet only the credit card choice is there, which doesn’t feel very secure. And when it comes to cancellations or refunds, you’re forced to email them, which seems like a trap — even if you reach out minutes after buying, they’ll refuse your refund. There’s always someone to reply, but honesty is clearly missing.

SNEAK-R IS FAKE!

I ordered sneakers for my godchild on September 4, 2024. As of today, October 19, they have not arrived. I attempted to reach Sneak-R through customer contact or by phone. Unfortunately, without success. The emails returned an error, and no one was reachable at the phone number. I also don't believe the sneakers will ever arrive; unfortunately, this site is FAKE!

Bestellt nichts von dieser Webseite! Es ist ein absoluter scam! 2 Monate habe ich auf meine Sneaker gewartet und als sie endlich ankahmen stellte sich heraus, dass sie fake sind. Habe die Sneaker extra nochmals authentifizieren lassen… zu 100% fake!

Then, I got another email from customer service stating that it wasn't possible. In the end, a neighbor accepted the package, and now I have to pay 7€ for the return. Absolut schrecklich, habe vor etwa 2 Monaten Schuhe bestellt. Zuerst haben sie auf meine E-Mails geantwortet, aber nachdem das Paket nie ankam, keine Antwort mehr. Ich finde es traurig, dass Seiten wie diese auf großen Plattformen wie Instagram beworben werden, ohne überprüft zu werden. Weiß jemand, wie ich mein Geld zurückbekomme, falls das überhaupt möglich ist? Echt peinlisch von denen. Ich verstehe nicht, wie jemand bei so einer Firma arbeiten möchte. Schämt euch!

Ich habe vor über 3 Monaten meine Bestellung aufgegeben. Ich habe mehrfach nach einer Sendungsbestätigung- und verfolgung gebeten und nie eine erhalten. Mehrmals habe ich als Antwort eine Automatisch generierte E-Mail bekommen: „ Hey! Die Schuhe sollten dich Ende nächster Woche erreichen! :)“. Überraschung: Sie haben mich nie erreicht und diese Antwort bekomme ich schon seit Monaten. Ich war über eine Stunde!!! in der Warteschleife und wurde danach rausgeschmissen. Danach habe ich weitere 6 mal angerufen, niemand erreichbar. Wie kann man so mit seinen Kunden umgehen? Niemals würde ich diese Seite weiterempfehlen. Ich weiß nicht wer oder was ihr seid aber das ist definitiv Scam!

Vorsicht! Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier etwas zu bestellen. Ich habe im Juli etwas bestellt und im Voraus bezahlt. Der Kundenservice war eine absolute Katastrophe. Auf meine E-Mails wurde nur ausweichend geantwortet, und telefonisch konnte ich niemanden erreichen. Ich wollte vom Kauf zurücktreten und mein Geld zurück. Vor drei Wochen wurde mir die Rückzahlung zugesichert, aber ich habe weder mein Geld noch die Ware erhalten. Ich werde jetzt rechtliche Schritte einleiten müssen.
