    Please reconsider this price hike and support your loyal customers better

    Are you serious? My 92-year-old mother has been drinking the 8-pack shakes for years at $12.97, but now the price jumped to $19.97—a $7 increase! This is outrageous, especially for seniors on a fixed pension. It’s unfair and unacceptable. I’ll be contacting Walmart and anyone who will listen. You should be ashamed for making it harder for seniors to afford essential nutrition. Please reconsider this price hike and support your loyal customers better.

    I’ve eaten many Slimfast chocolate meal bars

    I’ve eaten many Slimfast chocolate meal bars with no issues until recently. One bar had a small, hard piece, about 1 cm, which made me curious. I reached out to Slimfast to find out what it was, but instead of a response, I only got promotional emails. It’s been over two weeks, and it feels like customer care isn’t a big priority for them. Oddly enough, I even got an email asking for a review about how my situation was handled!
