Horrible

Ordered my first order and it never shipped. It was scanned for delivery but never left their building. After a week I emailed and received two responses at the same time. One was from the guy that runs the place the other from someone else. They stated 2 VERY different excuses. They said they would cancel and refund. The canceled but NEVER REFUNDED. They never sent me product or refunded like promised. This company is dishonest and untrustworthy.

I recommend checking out the tracking systems used by Bike Tires Direct or Competitive Cyclist. These companies let me know when my order has been sent and give me an estimated delivery date. Once shipped, I can easily track the order. With my latest Feed order (and the one before), I only saw that the order was received and a label was created, but no further updates. In times like these, with so much Porch Piracy happening, it's really helpful to stay informed.
