I have been using the app for exercise for about 20 days now. Although I stick to the 10-minute workout and add 3 more for my abs, I feel better about myself. I don’t follow any diet or the food tips in the app; it’s just not for me. I make sure to drink my water and eat what I like in moderation, knowing that if I eat too much sugar or carbs, I won’t lose any weight. I try to choose healthy foods, but I still crave chocolate and cookies sometimes. While I haven’t seen much weight loss, I do feel a bit stronger and healthier. So, I have made some progress, which is nice. I’m also working on my posture and building arm strength since I was having pain from poor posture and spending too much time on my devices.
