Great tool and support!

Great tool and support! I had some trouble with the speed of edits recently, and I’ve been using Luminar Neo for a while. Like others, I ran into some slowdowns during editing. After a little research, it seemed the only option was to upgrade my whole system – basically replace my decent two-year-old MacBook Pro with a new one. I was disappointed, but I decided to try Skylum’s customer support as a last chance. To my surprise, on a Saturday morning, I got a reply in just a few minutes! Volodymyr gave me simple, helpful advice on how to improve my workflow, and it worked perfectly! My editing is fast and smooth again. I’m really happy with the power and AI features of Luminar Neo, and Skylum’s customer service is fantastic. Their quick and efficient support, especially from Volodymyr, has made me trust both the product and the company. Big thanks to Skylum – I’m a loyal customer now!

I’ve been using Luminar Neo since the very beginning and I can’t picture editing photos without it. It’s amazing how fast you can get great results with LN. As an amateur and a 78-year-old, it’s something I really enjoy. The effects, luts, presets, sky replacement, magic light, super sharp, twilight water optimizer... all help get awesome results. The best part, besides the program itself, is the customer support. I’ve had many questions and they’ve always been answered quickly and correctly. The detailed guidance on how to fix the issues always led me to success. Thanks to Skylum and the team for their hard work, and best of luck in the future.

Great AI editor

I like how clean the interface feels. You just open it and get to editing. The AI tools are actually useful. My go-tos are Sky AI and Relight AI, and I use the portrait tools a lot too. Some tools, however, still need a bit of work. The Erase tool isn't always accurate. Sometimes it replaces things with weird textures :,( Plus, file management could be smarter (a former LR user here) I love that there’s no monthly subscription. One license covers everything, and that’s a big plus.

The humble hero of my workflow.

Many of my colleagues from the photo studio still sit in Photoshop and grumble about new programs. And I silently process in Neo, and have not gone back for six months. Yes, sometimes something is missing - masks, local improvements - but in 80% of cases Luminar is enough for me. The application itself does not scream: "Look how cool!", it just does the job, like a good assistant. No unnecessary layers, everything is to the point.

I'm really excited about AI tools!

I've been using Luminar Neo for about six months now, and it's a real pleasure. I especially adore the GenSwap tool - it is incredibly convenient and produces amazing results. It's really cool that the team is constantly updating the program: adding new features and improving existing tools - you can see real progress. I hope that the development will continue and Luminar Neo will become even more powerful and convenient!

I’ve used several editing tools before, but Luminar Neo stands out for how intuitive and powerful it is. The AI features aren’t just gimmicks — they actually work, especially for landscape and portrait shots. I love how quickly I can get from raw image to final result without needing layers of manual tweaks. It's perfect for semi-pro users like me who want creative control without a steep learning curve.

The tool that covers all my editing needs

I chose Luminar Neo because I wanted an easier way to edit my photos without jumping into something like Adobe. The tools are pretty powerful, and the software in general is very beginner-friendly. Overall, it’s a solid choice for both basic edits to more creative and professional shots. Favourite tools are the Sky Replacement and Batch edits mode, really been saving my time with this.

High quality and good price (lifetime)

Lifetime is really good choice. Thank Skylum for this possibility. Yes, Sometimes I can pay extra money (for presets or updates), but it isn't necessary 🙂 I like this tool, I like its AI features, especially Enhance AI and Sky AI. Moreover, I can use Luminar Neo as alternative to few editors (Lightroom and Photoshop), because it covers all my needs.

Luminar neo is a decent option for simple editing tasks

Luminar neo is a decent option for simple editing tasks, HDR, focus stacking, and stitching panoramas. Neo isn't as detailed as some other editors, but it's user-friendly and handles common scenarios well. More experienced users may miss some features, like advanced color management, that aren't included yet. Customer support is quick to respond and seems to understand the product's issues or limitations.
