Dropbox Sign is good for signing contracts with clients. It's easy to upload and organize documents. You can add templates to save time. It's easy to put signature boxes on each document. It sends the document to the other party quickly and reminds them to sign. I can't think of anything that I would like to see improved.

    Dropbox was good.

Dropbox was good. I used OneDrive before, it was bad. I used free Dropbox for years, no problems. Ran out of space, moved to 1TB OneDrive, many issues. Upgraded to paid Dropbox, moved files there. Only problem: canceling paid plan confusing. 4 stars, not 5.

I uploaded some photos and found out they were too large.

I uploaded some photos and found out they were too large. I tried to fix this issue, but it's really hard because there’s no easy method. Now, I can’t update files or proceed with my tasks unless I delete all the photos, which are still in the queue to be uploaded. It keeps asking me to upgrade my account for more money! What a badly designed system!

Dropbox doesn't deserve even one star.

Dropbox doesn't deserve even one star. We tried to downgrade our business account, but they said no, even though we just started a new 12-month plan. They took the fee from our company card and won't refund it. Dropbox isn't customer-friendly, and many reviews say the same. They don't deserve our or your business with other options out there.

    Absolutely terrible customer service!

Absolutely terrible customer service! It's impossible to talk to anyone directly unless you pay for a crazy expensive plan. You only get one reply email every 24 hours no matter how urgent your problem is, and the team seems really untrained and unhelpful. The worst experience ever! They don't even deserve one star.
