I had never bought a long distance vehicle before
I had never bought a long distance vehicle before, so I was a bit worried. However, Lottie and the team made sure to keep me updated and explained how to properly document the car's condition. Everything went just as it was supposed to. The car was picked up and delivered on time, even with the winter weather.

Ship a car direct showed professionalism from start to finish. I had some issues at first with figuring out the car’s availability and the delivery date, but eventually we sorted it out. Lottie, the agent, kept in touch and made sure to keep me informed as things moved along. The car was picked up and dropped off when expected, and the price was fair. I really appreciate the service.
