FedEx's website is really not good. If you need to return a package that isn't yours, finding the right info is hard. It's like they want you to sign up as a sender. The customer support just gives you numbers to call branches. It's easier to call them than use the site. Maybe you'll find their number under "customer support." Otherwise, good luck sending back the wrong package. It's not worth the hassle.
