This company really cares about customer

This company really cares about customer service! I ordered thread for a special quilt and it took longer than I expected to arrive. When I asked about the delay, they quickly explained and gave me a new delivery estimate. I was pleasantly surprised when the thread arrived earlier than expected on Thursday, instead of Monday as predicted by the shipping company. Now, the only holdup is me finishing the quilt! I'm a dedicated fan of Sewing Parts Online for all my quilting and sewing supplies.

Exceptional quality and perfect fit

I received my extension table today after a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it! Initially concerned about compatibility with my Italian sewing machine, I anticipated an email stating it couldn't be made. However, the table arrived and fit perfectly. This is my second extension table, the first for my Singer, and I'm thrilled with the quality. The prices are fantastic too. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

This company is real nice

This company is real nice with customer service! I'm makin' a king quilt for my sister's birthday and 50th wedding anniversary. I ordered my thread to quilt and it seemed longer than ever to receive. I wrote to ask when it might be sent and customer service immediately responded, explaining the delay and when it was expected. Imagine my delight when all the thread came on Thursday when the shipping company predicted a Monday delivery! Now the only delay is me :). I am a loyal fan of Sewing Parts Online for all my quilting and sewing needs.

Now I have it on my to do list too make for my quilt rack that I use as my headboard. I decorate my home in nautical so this will fit perfect.

Denial, delay, and dodge

It might not be their fault that FedEx lost their shipment of my order, but their response to the problem was unacceptable: 1. Denial. The package stopped updating on the FedEx tracking site within 24 hours of shipping. After 2 weeks, I called FedEx and their representative told me that it was lost and that I should contact the merchant for a replacement shipment. The customer service representative from Sewing Parts Online (SPO) refused to acknowledge that the package was missing and eligible for replacement until three weeks after the order was placed. 2. Delay. When SPO finally acknowledged that the package was lost, they informed me that a spool of thread (which was in-stock at the time of my order) was no longer in stock. They told me that they were going to hold shipment of my replacement order until it was back in stock. At that point (4 weeks after the original order), I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. 3. Dodge. Five days after my request for order cancellation and refund, SPO had not responded. I filed a complaint with PayPal, who settled the case in my favor within 3 days.

Part broke after less than 10 uses

Purchased a bi-level foot for quilting. After less than 10 uses, it fell apart. No resolution from this company. I received an email with no offer of resolution.
