Disappointed with SCHUTZ lately.

Disappointed with SCHUTZ lately. Been a big supporter for years, but quality has gone way down 😔. Their shoes feel just as cheap as Steve Madden or Aldo now, but the price is still super high. Also avoid buying from their website (.com) - terrible customer service and returns are a nightmare. Just ordered new Ariella sandals (had the same ones before, but they wore out). When the new ones arrived, the vinyl straps were SUPER stretched out - couldn't even wear them safely! Compared them to my old ones and the quality difference was shocking. SCHUTZ needs to step up their game if they want to keep loyal customers like me!

Bought a pair of shoes, but they didn't fit well. There's a noticeable gap between my foot and the shoe. I tried to return them, but they don't accept returns. How can a company not accept returns? Even smaller shops have return policies. They only offer store credit. Why would I want to get another pair from them if the first one didn’t fit right? It doesn’t make sense. Terrible customer service. Really bad. Plus, the shoes aren't worth the price they ask for.

I purchased a pair of boots from their online store. They arrived in a damaged package, and the boots were very hard to wear and poorly constructed. The return process was confusing and difficult. When I contacted customer service, they said I hadn't requested a return, despite having an email confirmation. In the end, I lost $120 and received rude treatment from their support team.

Poor quality shoes.

Poor quality shoes. I purchased a set of fancy sandals for a wedding, used them once, and they started to break down. I was outside the return period by a few weeks since I had to get the shoes ahead of time for the wedding. They didn’t support their products. This was my first and will be my last time with Schutz.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The customer service is very unprofessional, with no proper follow-up and just standard replies that don't help. It's been months and I still haven’t received my full refund. The quality of the shoes also isn’t great. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options.
