The service works fine for what I need. It’s a bit on the expensive side, so I only gave 4 stars. At my nearby drugstore, I pay just $39.95 for each refill..... Seeing my doctor face to face is less pricy. I like Rocket Rx becuase it’s simple to get things done. Just wish it was a little cheaper.

I'm kinda bummed out

I'm kinda bummed out like others who just found out after ordering and being told items would ship in 48 hrs and my credit card was already charged that I found out I had to have a video conference first before items would ship and that was set for two weeks out! That sucks! That should be told before you get to that point in process and your credit card should not be charged until when they actually send your product. This is a misrepresentation in my opinion. I only hope the rest of this process goes ok.

I’m having problems talking to them about a canceled order because they said they didn’t get my ID. I already sent it with my order and sent it again today.

Terrible

Company sent two prescriptions that I never authorized in charge my credit card which I found hard to delete from their website. This was not automatic delivery. I plan on filing with the New York State, Attorney General, as well as OMPC

Ordered online on October 2nd morning with my credit card. Then, that very day, my card got hit with $1300 in fraudulent charges. My bank fortunately flagged and stopped them. But still, dealing with all that hassle was frustrating.

I decided to try Rocket Rx for my prescriptions. The process was pretty simple, and the medical pros there seem really serious about addressing any concerns you might have. One thing that felt a bit odd though—they spent a lot of time asking about my reactions to other meds I've taken before, rather than just focusing on the one I wanted to reorder. Maybe it’s just their way of being thorough, but it did seem a bit off-topic. On the bright side, their prices are way better compared to other online pharmacies I’ve checked out.

I asked for a refill

I asked for a refill through their system. While filling out the form, a representative contacted me, asking how frequently I use the medication. I gave them a rough estimate, probably a bit high just to be safe. They ended up denying my request, saying I use it too often. Instead of just turning me down, they could’ve told me the safe dosage and how often I should take it. Now I’m left without my medication and still clueless about the right usage. Would’ve been more helpful if they provided some guidance instead of just a flat denial.

I was excited to use

I was excited to use the rapid reorder option on the site, thinking it would be a breeze since I didn't change my dosage strength. But nope, it says I gotta visit with a provider first. It's confusing because when I placed my first order, it let me check out without any hassle, but then I found out my product wouldn't ship until I booked a consultation. Felt a bit misled by the process. Just wish the site was clearer about these steps upfront.
