Me experiance waz pretty good cuz the company kept sendin' emails to update me on the test. I didn't have to guess what stage my test was at. Took about 5 weeks, or 6 with the kit shipping. Reports were super detailed!

Secondly, the process of having myself, my mom, my daughter, and husband all reset passwords and enter codes was quite frustrating. Frankly, my experience with this site has left me deeply disappointed. It feels like a waste of both money and time. I can't fathom why we were required to repeatedly change passwords and input codes every time we logged in; it's simply inconvenient. What was supposed to be a fun and joyful experience turned into a cumbersome task of remembering passwords. If this persistent need for codes continues, I am seriously considering deleting our entire account.

The DNA report I received was completely inaccurate, asserting that I have African American, Punjab, and Japanese ancestry, alongside other Asian ethnicities. This is perplexing, as I am unequivocally a 100% white European female with no trace of Asian or African heritage within my family. Furthermore, the claim of being related to Princess Diana added another layer of confusion. Your company's assertion of my African/Asian descent contradicts my well-established European roots. To compound matters, the allergy testing I paid for never yielded any results. This has left me deeply disappointed, feeling that my investment was not only futile but also a regrettable waste of money. Overall, my experience with your company has been nothing short of a joke, with inaccurate results and unfulfilled promises.
