PrixCar Service was really good – I had a Citroen C5 bought in

PrixCar Service was really good – I had a Citroen C5 bought in Sydney delivered to their Perth Depot. The car was picked up on the day they said, and it arrived the day after their estimated delivery time. The car came in perfect condition. The communication was great. I needed to know when the car would be ready for pick-up since I had to drive 400km to get it. I asked to be notified 2 days ahead and they did, along with a follow-up to let me know the exact time for pick-up. Tracking was also updated online very quickly.

Fast and efficient – PrixCar were fast and simple

Fast and efficient – PrixCar were fast and simple to get in touch with; I asked for an urgent request yesterday (Thursday) since I will be out of town next week – the agent on the phone reached out to the Willawong center and had my car delivered the following day. Best of all, my car arrived without any damage. 10/10 service.

Prixcar scheduled a pickup (confirmed via phone & SMS) after the office closed. After driving for 1 hour to pick up, I had to come back the next morning. Even worse, they blamed the Dealer, who had nothing to do with it. I asked for compensation but was told to reach out to the dealer. When I pressed the issue, I was told a manager would call, but, no surprise, I never got a call. Mistakes happen, but a small gesture to apologize and cover the fuel cost would’ve made it easier to handle. Instead, they just kept blaming others!
