I've received everything I ordered without issue. It's disappointing that some people seem to want this company to fail, clearly letting their emotions show in their reviews. I know several others who are satisfied and got their parts, though they aren't the type to leave reviews. There are definitely many customers who are content, I just wish they'd share their positive experiences. There were more positive reviews before, but it seems some people must have flagged them. I wouldn't be surprised if they do the same with this review.

I ordered my Prius blackout window shades about 4 months before they arrived. Despite the long wait, I was kept informed throughout the process, with the owner contacting me by email and clearly explaining the delays. The quality seems decent, and I'm satisfied with what I received.

The 1.75 inch lift kit had no instructions included

The 1.75 inch lift kit had no instructions included, but I managed to install it anyway. Unfortunately, it damaged 1 CV joint within 200 miles, so I opted for the 1.5 inch kit from Prius Off Road instead. The seller insulted me and refused to give a refund on a defective product once they received payment. This kit is a costly piece of junk. Avoid them at all costs!

This website seems like a scam, using images from OffroadPrius.com and claiming them as their own. Don’t trust them. They don’t have any stock and aren’t planning to deliver anything. All they do is take your money and vanish. Avoid Prius Overland!

I bought some parts and later realized this company was a scam, so I canceled my order. They created a new one anyway, but my bank got involved and I managed to get my money back. They also stop replying after a week. If you’ve already been tricked by them, ask for a chargeback before the third month to have the best chance.
