The bat I got came pretty quick. Sadly, it got messed up in shipping. Premier bats sent me a return label when they found out about the damage. Another good bat without any issues showed up a few days later. Good customer service.

The company did good
The company did good. Bat was like they said, wrapped up still. They sent it quick and talked well. Grip was kind of not great, started to fall apart. Had to wrap it again after using a bit. But besides that, bat was good. I'd buy from them again.

The delivery was fast, but kind of messy. They sent a big box without any proper padding for the bat. Most of the wrapping was missing, and there were like 5 stickers all stuck together on top. The Rawlings site had a lower price, but they were out of stock. I wouldn't suggest this company.
