The Certified Cloud-Native Security Expert course was the most
The Certified Cloud-Native Security Expert course was the most useful out of all the Practical DevSecOps courses I’ve done so far. It gives a good start to Cloud-Native tools and also has enough detail for those who already know a bit, so they might still learn something new. It also covers a good mix of topics, so you can keep studying more things after it's done, not just limited to Cloud-Native. Cloud-Native is a big topic, so not everything is explained deeply. For example, in the part about attacking Kubernetes, some attack methods are not looked at fully. But it gives the basic info you need to find weak spots and learn how to attack them, so you can go on learning more by your self. To make the most of this course, you need to be active in your learning. That means asking when you don’t get something and trying to dig into topics and tools more. This is how learning should be anyway. The course is a bit long though, and if you’re working full time, it can be hard to finish all the labs in 2 months. So try to balance your time when going deeper into things. But one place you don’t need to hold back is with your notes – good notes will help a lot! In genral, the course was useful. At the start, it talks about very simple stuff, but later it gets into the deeper content I talked about.
