The young lady was really fast in helping me feel sure about using this service for the first time to pick out things for my daughter’s arrival in Naples, Florida. I made a mistake and sent it to the wrong address. She was very helpful in making sure I got the right address at my house in Naples, where my daughter will be arriving. I’m so glad she helped because my daughter would have been upset if her hair products hadn’t arrived. Also, my daughter recently got me this new phone and is teaching me how to use it, and this young lady also helped me understand how it works. Thank you so much for your help!

I tried ordering a product I like from Planet Beauty for the first time. I got a good discount and the website was easy to use. Note that treatments (meds) are not part of the annual or monthly price - those come with extra cost. Even though they're not included, they are quite cheap, and they ship straight to your home. I think they might even match prices if you find a med/treatment cheaper elsewhere. You can also get pet insurance AND include up to 5 pets (cats/dogs only) without an extra fee for adding more pets!

The goodie bag was my favorite, loved everything in it, especially that lip stain, it's amazing!! Thanks a lot, I'll definitely be back.

Everywhere I looked, the product I wanted was priced around $140-$170. Surprisingly, they had it on discount for $70, and on top of that, I got an additional 20% off. It's Christmas time, and if I can save a little here to spend more elsewhere, I'm all about it.
