The site mentioned I’d get 20% off by subscribing to text messages, so I signed up and used the code given, but it didn’t work – no discount on my $73.00 order. Still, I’m happy with the free shipping. Thanks!

So, they said you'd get a free gift with every app purchase. But guess what? The link for that was broken. And then there's this 20% off deal if you sign up, but they conveniently forgot to mention the conditions attached to it. What's up with that? And to top it off, their prices aren't really any better than what you'd find elsewhere.

Signing up for a new account due to recent changes was an inconvenience. The confirmation email, however, included my password with my name, a concerning privacy lapse. Despite using the "eye view" when typing it, having the password displayed on the receipt was unexpected and raises security concerns.

Horrific Service

I placed an order on Sunday night and paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure my package would arrive before our trip. However, Planet Beauty chose to ship my item two days later, causing a delay. Now, my package will be sitting outside my home, and I have to hope it isn't stolen or damaged. When I reached out to customer service, the representative was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She essentially lied and tried to blame UPS, despite the fact that I clearly saw the package was prepared late on their end. It's disappointing to encounter such poor service and dishonesty. I would caution others against trusting a company that treats its customers so poorly, especially if you're paying for expedited shipping. Buyer beware.

Disappointing experience with this company. Placed an order on January 20th, and as of February 8th, it hasn't arrived, possibly lost by USPS. Customer service is unresponsive - phone calls go unanswered, emails receive little to no response. Seeking a refund or replacement, but the lack of communication is frustrating. Unlikely to consider ordering from them again.

I recently shopped online and put two full-price items and three sale items in my cart. There was a 25% off code for a three-day sale, but it didn’t apply to the full-price stuff. I wasn’t expecting extra discounts on the sale items. Tried using two other 20% off codes, but they also didn’t work on the full-price things. I removed the full-price items since I know I’ll get the discount in-store. Store associates always get it right, which is super helpful. Ended up buying the on-sale shampoo-conditioners online. Free delivery was a nice touch!
