Impressed with the prompt assistance from the Chat support when I encountered issues entering my vet's info. The Chat responded swiftly, connecting me with Peggie, who proved to be outstanding. Peggie efficiently gathered all my information and even offered a special deal. Her speed and pleasant demeanor made the experience truly exceptional—a rarity in customer service today.

I made four buys on four separate occasions before Aug. 23. When I spoke with a phone rep who mentioned rules I hadn't heard before, I asked not to renew my membership. She canceled it right away, but I didn't get the discounted prices on my orders. After calling twice more to reach a manager, I got a call back eventually. I'm still waiting for the refund.

I call to update my account, and spoke to Michele in the Pet Plus department. She provided outstanding customer service. She was professional, polite, and courteous. Resolved everything I called about. It's always exciting to experience outstanding customer service, because it's rarely received or practiced anymore. She's my VIP.

The company is misleading customers

The company is misleading customers with the advertisement showing a 50-pack of Churros treats for $10 when it's actually a pack of 10. This is not only expensive but also deceptive. I ended up with a product I didn't expect and now have to spend more money to return it. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and I won't be purchasing from them again, even though I run a cat rescue.

Tried to get an antibiotic for my cat that the vet didn't have. Loads of popups during the order - give your email for 15% off! - give your mobile # for 15% off!! - join our buyer's club for more savings!!! - sign up for autoship for even more savings!!! Finally, I finish the order. By the end of the day, I get 3 texts, 6 emails, and a call from a really friendly person pushing the programs I said no to on the site. Last email of the day says the antibiotic is out of stock, we'll tell you when it's back. Sorry for any inconvenience! It's an antibiotic, not a toy. Time is crucial. Quit wasting my time.

Awful customer service and shipping

Awful customer service and shipping is terrible. All they want is to sell you a yearly membership. They keep calling non-stop after you order. Some of my orders got cancelled without notice because items weren't in stock, even though they're on the website. Shipping is slow even when you pay, and they don’t bother if packages get lost. Customer service is useless and unhelpful. Company is a joke. I prefer CHEWY, they care about animals!
