The company is amazing! I found all the info I needed, even more. Though, I made a mistake buying a pran that costed too much. But Customer Service was super quick in refunding all my money without asking any questions. I didn't expect that at all. I've told my family about this site, they all had a great time. Thanks for being so promt!

Charged after Canceling

I was not impressed with the website. Once I had signed up for the free week trial I realized it was not able to give me the information I needed. I canceled the day of signing up ( or thought I did) only to find out I was charged not once but twice after my attempt to cancel. I partly blame myself for not checking my credit card statements thoroughly but annoyed that my cancellation did not go through the first time. Disappointed in the site and in the billing. I will never trust a seven day trial again!

I used Ownerly, but I couldn’t find the details I needed. However, Ownerly quickly canceled my membership and refunded me. The experience showed me that trying Ownerly is low-risk. It provides a lot of property information, and if it doesn't work for you, the only cost is the $1 trial fee. It seems to be a trustworthy company.

Found most of the info in other places too, so not really new to me. Signup part was simple. Canceling, not so much. I realy don’t want to keep paying each month. Hard to feel fully sure about them. Would help if they made the cancel steps clear and upfront. Sent a cancel email. Waiting to see what hapens.

OK I’m glad I was finaly able to reach out to the right person who could help me. They did go ahead and cancel my membership and gave back the $37.50. So I’ll give them some credit for doing that. But honestly, if you check your state’s treasurer.org site, you can find better info for free.

The property report I received didn’t offer anything more than what I could have found online. Totally useless. I emailed the provided address with this exact message: "Cancel at any time, by calling 1-888-212-8460 or online by simply emailing support(@)ownerly.com," and still haven’t gotten any confirmation that my cancellation went through.

I noticed my home, owned for 20 years, listed under wrong names. I asked for a correction, but they said it couldn't be done. They said the info came from public sources. The names listed never owned this property. They then asked if I was a member. It costs to join, and doesn't fix the wrong data. Very unsettling.

I looked up the address of a house I own, and the info I got was the same as what you'd find on Zillow.com. Just so you know, Zillow.com is totally free. Three days before the trial ended, I used the email I signed up with to cancel my subscription. Still, they kept charging me $34.99. I had to send another email saying I'd get my lawyer involved if they didn’t stop. Finally, after sending that last email, they canceled my subscription within 5 minutes.

There was an option for a $1.00 basic report or $5.00 for the full report that I could download. I went for the $5.00 option. But once I got access, they had no info on the adress. I tried two more addresses and the results were just as bad. The fourth try gave me some information, but it was not complete at all. I canceled the trial, but they still took my $5.00. Not really worth it in my opinion.

I was really upset and canceled immediately. They will claim you should have read the terms when signing up, but honestly, it wasn't easy to find. It seems like they set up the sign-up process to take advantage of people who don't pay close attention. Be careful and AVOID signing up for their service.

Ownerly collects public real estate info and sells it as "reports" for $34.99 per month. There free trial turns into a monthly plan without clear notice, working with venmo(paypal) and pulling funds from your bank. Venmo and Ownerly.com seem to be using tricks on customers. Since it's not charged through a VISA card, disputing it is harder. Some things about there business dont seem right.

I'd say steer clear and let it fade out like all the other flashy booths that don’t really give much. This feels like a long-shot kinda deal. AI bot: save it, not gonna read it.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I purchased a report for one property in Arizona (the property is old and I couldn't find records in public databases) for $5. After I paid the $5 there was no report! I literally paid $5 for nothing. However, the worst part is that they charged my PayPal $34.99 THREE times. I asked customer service for a refund and they refused. STAY AWAY!

That was reason enugh to cancel. I didn’t learn anything new, same stuff I could see on the tax site. Not a ripoff, just not helpful.

Unbelievably slow! Unlike Zillow or Redfin, which give public data for free, Ownerly tries to grab my email to spam and asks for $1 just to give me 25 reports! With a setup like this, I don't see much of a future for this so-called business—oh wait, I meant company, garbage!
