About a year ago, I was really let down by One Opinion. At that point, I couldn’t get in touch with customer service, and surveys stopped coming for a while, so I gave up on them. After a few months, surveys began coming in again. I guess they got things together and were back on track. Since then, I've been getting surveys regularly, and when I cash in points for a gift card, the process is fast and smooth. I’m happy to see One Opinion get things back to normal. I’m content with how easy it is to redeem points and everything seems to be working fine now.
