This Old Navy store is my go-to!

Worried about missing out on that perfect top? Not here! They almost always have what I find online. I hate buying online only to find it doesn't fit. I prefer to browse online, then try on in-store. Fitting rooms are never full, staff are friendly, and it's super convenient. Right across from Belmar Shopping Center, making it a great all-day shopping spot. I always recommend it to friends! Full stock, not busy, and short lines? Yes please!

I bought some stuff from Gap

I bought some stuff from Gap, Old Navy, and Athleta on March 18. Everything came except for Athleta's item. When I talked to them, they said I could get my money back, but then they said I'd have to do extra stuff to maybe get the item again (and they couldn't even check if it's still there) and then chat again with both order numbers to get the original sale price. They should make it easier for customers and just do the replacement order themselves. I lost a promo credit. I won't shop here again for a while.
