Ordering from this company was really easy, and everything was handled accurately. I appreciated the personal touch of a live person taking the time to answer my questions. True to their word, my order arrived precisely three weeks from the day I placed it, falling within the initially stated 3 to 4-week timeframe. What's even better is that the cost was approximately $250.00 less than what I paid for a similar prescription from another international online competitor. I couldn't have asked for more.

The prices for the medications seemed almost too low, so I was hesitant and unsure about going ahead when I saw they didn’t take credit cards. But since the cost wasn’t too high, I figured I’d take a chance and finish the order. To my surprise, not only did everything work out fine, but the package came even earlier than I thought it would! I have to say, I’m very happy with the whole experiance!

I been using this site for 2 years, since we retired and moved to Panama. Medicine is costly here. I pay for 3 months what I'd pay for 1 month in Panama. It takes a while to get meds, but that's okay. Website has problems sometimes, but nice people on chat fix it. I told friends about this site!! If that doesn't show how much I like it, nothing will!! :)

I began using Budget Meds 5 months back. I have heart and kidney problems, and the medicine costs a lot here (even with insurance)! I recently had a package stolen and needed a new one. They were nice to deal with. I had to buy again and couldn't speed it up, but they even followed up to see if it arrived yet! Always very helpful!

Irresponsible and lousy customer service

I have ordered from this company for a few years without any problems. Until this year. My order was placed on April 6, 2024. First, it was shipped to the wrong address. The company blamed USPS for address change and told me to contact USPS to change the address. I did. Only the shipper can do changes to the address. So the order was sitting in some post office box for a while, after which it was sent back to India. The company didn't care to inform me about it. I had to follow up with USPS to get the information. Offshorecheapmeds decided to resend my order in 4-6 weeks. This time, it was stuck in the US Customs for 5 weeks, by now. Again, they gave me the runaround to contact Customs and provide my prescriptions to them. They have copies of my prescription, but are not going to lift a finger to help. Between the time the second order shipped and now, I haven't been contacted by the company about the situation. I had to inquire and I was to act on their behalf. After a discussion, they told me that they can resend the order. Again! For the third time! It would take another 4-6 weeks for me to get the package, if there were no other problems. I opted for a refund, which will take up to 3 weeks, if I am lucky. People rely on their medications being delivered on time. Often these are life saving medications. The custiomer service at Offshorechapmeds is not helpfull at all. They make their customers to do the company's job and refuse to help. I strongly advise everyone not to order from them any longer. They treat their customers like crap and push their responsibilities on customers.

you no longer accept credit card payments, which used to be a major convenience for me as your customer. Unfortunately, you haven't provided any explanation for this change, and the alternative payment options you offer are cumbersome. This has made my experience less smooth and convenient than it used to be.
