I hired movers from another company
I hired movers from another company, but they bailed on me. I had everything packed up and no help, plus someone was moving in the very next day!! I called them at 10:40pm, and they showed up the next day at 12noon. Right on time, with a crew of 3. They were quick and worked non stop! I was so suprised by how professional they were, and I would definitely hire them again.

Great job! Very good movers and excellent management. I’ve moved many times in the last 10 years. I used NYC Movers & Packers for my last 2 moves and they did everything right from booking to the last item. I suggested them to my sister-in-law, and she had the same good things to say as I did.

I hired these guys to store my things for a month
I hired these guys to store my things for a month and then deliver my furniture later. They lost a few hundred dollars worth of stuff and damaged even more. When I reached out, Anthony kept telling me for weeks that they would file an insurance claim. I called him nonstop because getting in touch with them is almost impossible. Each time I called, he would say someone else at the company would handle it. After two weeks of calling, Anthony finally said, "Oh, I thought you talked to the other guy and everything was fine." How could everything be fine when I've been calling him for 2 weeks? I honestly think these guys don't have insurance, as they just kept avoiding submitting a claim. DON'T USE THEM. THEY WILL LOSE AND DAMAGE YOUR STUFF.
