Lloyd select Newcastle Fantastic service from beginning to end. The car was spotless from the first video to the moment I picked it up, and in great shape. Paul, the salesman, made the whole process very easy and quick. Paul and Chris gave me a fair price for my car, and I'll definitely be coming back for their services again.

Got a Land Rover Discovery 3 weeks ago from Lloyds at York, stoped by today (12/02/25) to see Christian and was met with a warm greeting, had a coffee with my wife and a nice talk, the car looks great and drives lovely, really nice showroom and would suggest to others.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience at Lloyds in Carlisle. I recently bought a used F-Type and was not happy with the condition it was in when I picked it up at the showroom. The car was not clean at all, which was a letdown. Also, the trade-in offers were much lower than expected. On a positive note, Victoria, the salesperson, did know a bit about the car's tech. Still, overall, not a great experience. I don't think I'll be returning to this company anytime soon.

Lloyd Jaguar Landrover York – disappointing.
Lloyd Jaguar Landrover York – disappointing. I've had to wait over 5 months just for a regular service on my Jaguar, and now they're saying it’ll take yet another month. That's just for a basic service, not some complex repair. Each time I call, I'm met with more reasons for the delay. My booking has already been rescheduled multiple times. Wouldn't choose this dealership again.
