I came in from Dallas after chatting with the owner's
I came in from Dallas after chatting with the owner's son through email for a few days. The service I got was very friendly and helpful – he answered all my questions and even gave me a tour of the garage where they do repairs and maintenance. Getting the car was simple, and they even drove me to the bank so I didn’t have to pay for an Uber ride. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Chicago Motors is certainly worthy of a five star rating. They proved themselves to be honest, clear, and very simple to work with. The AWD Taurus showed up just like it was shown in the photos on their site and looks even more impressive in my driveway. I would definitely suggest Chicago Motors to others.

This dealership seems to ignore the
This dealership seems to ignore the condition of the car. I asked if it had any past damage, and they said "No." When the car arrived, there were significant oil leaks that made it undriveable. The oil was very dirty. I had to get the oil pan resealed. The transmission lines were also leaking badly, so those had to be replaced. There was hail damage all over, with marks the size of a dime. The hood was poorly repaired. The main fuse and relay cover under the hood was missing, and the console piece was also gone. Both the front and rear bumpers had damage, and the fastener areas were broken. Be sure to carefully inspect any cars from them. I won't consider buying from them again.
