Andrew and Daniel did a good job with the move. They were careful, moved everything multiple times, and always handled the items with care. I rated them as the best because they made sure everything was in place and nothing was damaged.

The movers never arrived as planned.
The movers never arrived as planned. I had set up the move for Saturday morning, but received a call late Friday, after I had packed everything, saying they would arrive at 11 am on Monday. On Monday, I called them at 1 pm, and all I heard was that they were “working on it.” It wasn’t until about 4 pm, after I practically begged for a clear answer, that they told me they couldn’t find any record of my contract and didn’t have a driver available. Now, they are not responding to my calls or emails about refunding the almost $700 I paid for nothing.
