Complete scam company

Don't waste your money. There's plenty of better prop firms. One's that won't use internal issues to remove traders. They have migrated metatrader platforms to an old hacked version of metatrader that has issues logging in and operating ea's. It's caused many login in issues that left traders no ability to manage open positions or attach EA'S to manage equity limits. This is true for many Nova funded traders that I'm in groups with. My account had open positions that weren't able to be manage properly and ultimately breached the daily drawdown limit during this migration. Traders connect where able to re-engineering an old outdated version of their copy trade platform to give us access but had many issues at the start due to the hacked version on metatrader being so old. MT4 was connected first, then MT5 later. MT5 still has no way of using personal ea's directly on their platform. They won't give new accounts to rectify their internal issues, instead blaming the traders. Clearly a scam and are using the internal issues to remove as many clients as they can. They did give new accounts to people that had "invalid login" details during the migration, but used the migration to remove traders stuck in open positions at the time. Every other prop firm I'm with cut the ballance at the time of changing platforms and sent new credentials for ALL accounts. Why did Nova keep all trades open? Clearly to remove traders. Clearly a scam to reduce costs.

My investments vanished into thin air as I watched in shock, and all attempts to withdraw money were met with delays and excuses. The unethical and irresponsible behavior of Nova FundingFX  was shocking. They preyed on people's hopes for stable finances, leaving them in a depressed mood when their hard-earned money disappeared. slippage, stops and entries. A joke of a company

Nova funding is a complete scam, they slip your positions by 2/10 (entry and exit, never in your favour). i recenlty have been getting closed out of trades that never hit a Stop loss whilst also slipping the stop by 2/3 pips. Save your money, never participate with Nova-Funding. They are a complete scam. If anyone has an enquires i can show you all my previous trade set ups and executions. As well as my enquiry with Nova funding and they illegitimate excuses. I have used many prop firms before and none of them will slip every trade, nova use it as an excuse to prompt failure. Please never use.

I bought a challenge account from them, but a few days later

I bought a challenge account from them, but a few days later, they suspended it because they were moving to a new platform. I reached out, and they told me they would migrate the accounts. Two months later, no migration has happened. Today, I contacted them again, and they told me I need to buy a new account at a 50% discount. Why should I do that when I already have an active one? Now, I’m demanding a refund or a new challenge for free, or I’ll have my lawyers and bank involved. I’ll change this 1-star review if I get a refund or a new challenge. Thank you!

The customer service team was unable to provide

The customer service team was unable to provide a clear explanation about the lot consistency rules. Are the maximum and minimum 100% and 70%, or 50% and 50%? The live support said it’s 100% and 70% and that the website and email support were wrong, but which is correct? I’m also quite annoyed to learn that the payout has been lowered to 50% for long-term customers. I get the 30-day payout, but dropping it back to 50% feels unfair since we’ve had these accounts for ages. Why are long-time customers being penalized?

Just like a recent review here, I had a payout of $6,922 that was approved and supposed to be released. Now, a month later with no payout, I get an email saying due to new rules, they are cutting my payout to $1,194. Nova changing rules and lowering payouts after already confirming a higher amount feels fishy and makes me question the company's honesty.

I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for days with no luck. I see negative reviews here get responses, but why not actual support for real issues? It's really frustrating. My DX account is 80892146. I've hit the profit target and want to withdraw my funds, but the system keeps saying I need to close all open trades. Thing is, I don't have any open trades. The DX trader platform shows no open or pending positions, yet my dashboard insists I have one. Can someone please fix this? I just want to get my money out, but the system seems to be stuck. Help!

It's been three months and my new account with Nova still hasn't been set up. Ridiculous, right? I sent them all the evidence they asked for about my old account, but now it's been over a month with no response. So, my $200k account got moved to the DXtrade platform after the company shut down for 6 weeks. They handed it back to me with my previous month’s profit of $212,014. I made $11,567 on the new account that started at $212,014. Here's the breakdown: - 08/23 - $3,228.28 profit - 08/24 - $3,329 profit - 08/25 - $0 - 08/26 - (-$147) loss - 08/27 - (-$8,127.59) loss - 08/28 - $3,423 profit - 08/29 - $3,265.07 profit - 08/30 - $3,408 profit - 08/31 - $3,189 profit Total: $11,567.76 I asked for my payout, but they denied it, saying I went over the daily profit limit of $3,470. This is completely made up! I have proof I never went over that amount. Nova keeps closing my tickets and took all the profit from my account. I’m considering contacting my lawyer and the BBB if this isn’t fixed. This is so unethical, especially with a hurricane coming my way. I’ve followed all their rules, and this is how they treat me? Unbelievable.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with Nova recently. They gave me two funded accounts after I lost them during the migration. Before I started trading, I asked a chat moderator two questions: when can I request a payout and if my account has a 6% profit cap. The moderator told me I'd be eligible for a payout after 15 days and that I didn't have a profit cap because I didn't pass my account using HFT. I double-checked with the helpdesk via email and they confirmed the same info. Fast forward a few days, I requested my payout only to be told I have to wait another 15 days and that my account does have a profit cap. I sent them screenshots of the helpdesk email and now they aren’t responding. They even sent me a Schedule of Assessment that contradicts their FAQs. Nova seems to be changing the rules as they go, and it's really frustrating. I just want them to be consistent and fix this mess.

Then, I get an email saying I exceeded my Max Daily Drawdown by $2,741.40 on October 3rd. My account’s been inactive since September 23rd, with my last trade on September 20th! How could I have traded when I wasn’t even active? My dashboard shows my account is active, yet no trades to justify the drawdown. Yesterday, I spoke to Clinton from the chat service and he sent me a statement from Nova, showing a withdrawal I never made. The Helpdesk response was just an automated message saying I violated the rules. Come on, fix this mess so I can get back to trading properly!

I emailed them asking if the profit consistency rule is counted per trade or per day. They replied the same day, confirming that all my past trades are considered in the same trading cycle, and each trade should be under the 30% limit to avoid deductions. However, today I got informed that I breached the daily profit consistency rule, which was never mentioned before. It seems like the rules changed without any announcement. This sudden change is quite frustrating. If Nova Funding fixes this issue and honors the payout, I’d be happy to update my review to five stars. I’ve kept all the email records and am willing to share them if needed.

Trading with Nova has been quite the rollercoaster. They do try to fix issues, but the pace is frustratingly slow. My account's on Eightcap and trading from their web trader is a pain – super laggy. I used to be on MT4, but they keep switching brokers, and each time there's a 1-2 month wait for things to settle. My Eightcap account lags so much I can't trade from my phone. They claim you can, but good luck seeing anything properly. I asked to switch to DX Trader, their new partner, but they said no. It's ridiculous.
