I thought it would be good to wait and see if they would last through many washes of the glasses and coffee cups. I have to say I am really pleased with your product; it has met my needs. The durability is impressive, and your customer service team was very helpful. You’ve gained a loyal customer for as long as I run this organization. From placing the order to getting the final product, the experience was smooth, and the quality is very good. I’d gladly give you ten stars if I could. I ordered transfers for our Leukemia and Lymphoma Society walk team and the transfers came out looking good! Using the guide on the site with my Cricut heat press, the designs applied easily and look fantastic! I didn’t get the parchment paper that the video mentioned should be included with every order, but I had some available. Customer Service is THE WORST. I ordered a size, and when it came in the mail, I noticed it looked smaller than the other one I had from another company in the same size. I measured it, and it was 2 inches smaller on each side!!! I contacted them, and their response "Well it looked better in that size" WHAT THE HECK! WHY did no one contact me and ask me if I wanted a smaller size? Why did you just ASSUME that I would not notice I did not receive the size I ordered? They REFUSE to offer me a refund or to print in the size I requested. I AM FURIOUS. Never again.
