My renewal rate increased by $450 compared to last year. The agent I dealt with was very helpful, and after some investigation, we discovered the quote was meant for another property. I’m happy I followed up and that he assisted me with the current quote.

My opinion about the company has changed a bit. They wanted $450 more for my renewal. The guy who helped was nice. We found out they quoted for wrong house. I'm happy I checked and he fixed it for this year.

This company made unwarranted changes to the location and addresses of my property on two insurance policies. In the first case, they moved the location marker 100 feet south, placing it in a flood zone and causing a 60% rate increase. The second incident involved an arbitrary change of my actual postal address to an "apartment" in a neighboring building. These actions were perplexing and have left me dissatisfied with their service.

I tried to get a policy from Neptune. I put in my payment details on their site, and only after that could I see the fine print. After reading it, I decided not to go through with the policy. But it was too late; they already took my money. Now, they're dragging their feet on giving me a refund and won't let me talk to higher-ups to speed things up. In short, not interested. I won't be using Neptune for anything in the future.
