The resemblance of George's plushie is truly remarkable and has deeply moved both me and those who knew George. I couldn't help but shed tears when I first laid eyes on it. This is a special way to maintain a connection with him. The care and quality put into creating George's plushie is exceptional. These Petsies plushies are a fantastic concept and provide solace for those grieving the loss of their furry family members. The entire process of ordering George and communicating with the team has been flawless. To anyone who may have reservations about placing an order, I personally chose to pay a little extra for the "sneak peek" feature. Even though I didn't need to make any changes to his design after seeing the photos, it gave me peace of mind knowing I could ensure he was perfect before coming home!

This was a good choice, as I could make adjustments to ensure it was just right. The artists were very patient and helpful, showing they wanted to be supportive. The plushie arrived yesterday, and we were all amazed at how well it turned out and how much thought went into the design. I also decided to include the voice recorder feature because I had a video of him barking and wanted to hear it. I’m happy to say it is simple to record, and it sounds just like him. Petsies made a wonderful clone

Petsies made a wonderful clone of my stuffed animal. It's almost identical to him. My dog is a rare mix of Golden Retriever and Siberian Husky. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, updating me at every step. I'll surely use them again for my other dog someday. Losing my baby boy was painful, but having a version of him I can keep forever brings comfort. I still chat to it like I did to him every day.

The only small thing is that the eyes are a different color, my Meda had green eyes, but you gave him yellow ones. Everything else is spot on—the fur, the body shape, all of it! I'm really happy. You've helped me cope with the loss, and now it feels like he's still here with me. Tank you so much.

Didn’t expect this to be for me.

Didn’t expect this to be for me. When I opened the box and saw the little paws crossed, I knew right away what it was and just stood there in silent shock and happines. It's been 5 years since I lost my dog and he's still in my thoughts daily. Now I feel a little spark each time I look at him. The details are amazing and it looks just like him! Petsies did a amazing job

Petsies did a amazing job capturing the essence of my sister's cherished poodle, Poochie. Despite the heartache of losing him, their attention to detail was impressive. They even added special touches like gemstones and painted nails. While nothing can truly replace Poochie, Petsies made the grieving process a bit more bearable.

I bought Petsies in January 2024. I kept it until now for my sister's birthday. She loved it and cried when she got it. It looked like her pup. His old harness fit perfectly. Size, shape, and details were amazing. I love it! I wish I could add a picture to show you how it looks.

Amazin' design, build, detail

Amazin' design, build, detail, n' customer service. Our 13 year old black lab died on Feb 19, 2024 n' we're sad. Needed a tribute for him. Found Petsies. Got the biggest one with all options. They listened to my changes, till it was perfect. I'm 74, remember good service, hard to find now, but Petsies crew did good.

Received my Petsie today.

Received my Petsie today. This is my 2nd purchase, the first was from their partner company “Budsie”. I have to share my disappointment with the shipment and packaging. It was flimsy and loosely packaged, largely unsecured with shoddy taping. It looked like the product fell out and was shoved back into the box. Not at all representative of the premium price I paid for it. Inside the box was my Petsie just on top of wrinkled tissue paper. This is consistent with my Budsie experience. The so-called “high-quality craftsmanship” for an expensive keepsake did not extend to the customer experience of unpacking. The packing team needs to recognize this and do better. The final product has a strange singe/hardened adhesive part near one of the ears that is unappealing. This texture could not have been seen during the “sneak peek” in order to address. This is the artist’s miss to send out a finished product with a weird hardened bit of “fur” by the ear.

Save your money!

My dog of 15 years recently passed away and I was excited to get something in memory of her. They butchered my beautiful dog, it looks nothing like her and the coloring is completely off. It is a disservice to her. Essentially they sent me the wrong dog. I asked for a refund because clearly they didn't at her pictures. They won't accommodate for their grave mistake. I have absolutely no faith in letting them try again. Shame on them!!

I was quite let down when I got my plush. There was a patch without fur on its neck, and the dark spot on its paw was missing. Even though I sent a photo clearly marking the issue, it wasn't fixed. The eyes were also unsettlingly protruding, unlike the deeper eyes of my cat. The overall look was more like something from a scary movie than my actual pet. On top of that, I had to pay an extra €87.18 for customs clearance.

I ordered a Petsies plush dog after my 14-year-old yellow lab passed away. I paid over $500 for it, and it was a major letdown. I paid extra to get a preview before it was sent to me, and let me tell you, I am glad I did. They didn't include any of the unique markings that I described in the initial order and were detailed in the pictures. Her face looks nothing like her. Don't waste your money.

I had such a great experience with Petsies! The staff were super patient and really listened to all my detailed requests and corrections. They were quick to respond too, always courteous and understanding. As long as your requests are reasonable, they'll work with you to make sure you're happy with the result. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting it just right. Totally recommend them if you want someone who actually listens and takes their time to make things perfect!

When our cat passed away, my 8-year-old daughter was heartbroken. She wanted a Petsie to cuddle with, hoping it would remind her of our cat. When it arrived, she was so excited, but the moment she touched it, she said, "it's crusty!" It looked like our cat, but the fur was hard and crunchy, not soft at all. She hugged it anyway but was clearly disappointed. I reached out to the company, and they said it’s meant for display. But what kid wants a stuffed animal just to look at? We spent $200 on this, and now it's just sitting there. I was hoping it would help her feel close to our cat again.

I ordered a custom stuffed animal of my recently-deceased pet, paying nearly $400 upfront and providing several detailed photos. Despite my effort, the company's customer service was a disaster. They asked for an additional photo while I was traveling, which delayed everything. When I sent the requested photo, they responded with vague timelines and refused to commit to the original 6-week delivery. After several frustrating emails, they abruptly canceled my order and refunded my money without my approval. No compensation for the inconvenience or wasted time. When you charge $400 for a stuffed animal, good customer service is expected, and this company failed miserably. I'm relieved to have discovered these issues early on.

I can't believe how bad

I can't believe how bad this was. I waited two whole months for a tiny magnet that cost me 80 bucks, and all it had were like, two cotton balls stuck on it. Seriously? I feel so ripped off. This was supposed to be something special, but it looks so cheap and poorly made. Definitely not worth the wait or the money. I’m so mad and just want my money back. Never buying from here again, that's for sure.
