The contractors linked by Modernize not only scoffed at the quote but demanded double for a basic replacement. This experience has left me frustrated, with a barrage of unaffordable business calls as a result.

All these businesses are listed for tub/shower work. I want the tub taken out and a real tile shower stall put in, not just acrylic that pretends to be tile. If they don’t offer tile, I’m not interested. Your form begins with a full bath remodel but then gives quotes for tub/shower with acrylic. Don't waste my time with this misleading approach.

don't even bother clicking on that link. It's supposed to be for seniors to get help fixing up their bathrooms and getting grants, but when you open it, there's like nothing related to that. It's a total waste of time. Just find another company, this one's a scam.

When you reach out to Modernize, they will keep calling you nonstop. I asked them to stop since I finished the home repair, but they still keep calling! It might be better to just look for a contractor on your own. I've already filed a report with the BBB.

Such a Scam of a lead generator

We get duplicate leads all the time, nobody answers the phone when inquiring and our leads jumped from 30-100 in a months time. I would not recommend them for a genuine lead source.

This Modernize.com mines for phone numbers and then relentlessly spams the numbers they get. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH SPAMMERS!
