Honestly, I'd recommend avoiding this company altogether. They don't seem interested in helping you out. The salesperson conveniently leaves out crucial details about their warranty, ensuring your claims are denied. It's all part of their strategy to take your money. They deny claims repeatedly, even with all the necessary paperwork. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau against them. They're solely focused on money, not customer satisfaction. Their lack of compassion and terrible customer service are evident. Despite following their instructions, my claim still wasn't accepted after a month. They're just after your money, plain and simple. It's appalling how they operate without any remorse. Don't get caught up like I did. These are truly unpleasant individuals.

Despite having a contract that clearly outlined coverage for specific repairs, the company was reluctant to honor their commitment. They used unwarranted and unrelated information to justify their refusal to cover the costs, which felt like a scheming tactic to avoid their responsibilities. This situation caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I had to cover the repair costs out of pocket. I hope Merit Administration can improve by adhering to their contractual commitments and providing clear, relevant justifications for any decisions made. Instead of ripping good people out of their hard earn money.

Customer service is very horrible the way they talk to you is ridiculous. How we are suppose to be your clients and you are suppose to be there to help. My transmission went out they claim i didn't get the car serviced i got proof of the service paper now they're claiming i reset a transmission button that cant be located they been looking for reasons to deny my claim. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are NO HELP. THEY'RE SO BUSY LOOKING FOR A REASON TO DENY YOU. They're rude and tries to be sarcastic!
