I didn't receive enough medication
I didn't receive enough medication, and when I reached out to customer service, they told me they needed a photo of the vial. By then, I had already thrown it away since it was empty. The representative "Hya B" just stopped responding to me after that. This kind of service is really unprofessional. I'm planning to look for another company.

The product was very disappointing.
The product was very disappointing. I would advise against purchasing it. After following the instructions for three injections, I started feeling very dizzy and struggled to walk. I had an MRI done, which showed a hemorrhage in the front left part of my brain. I’ve reached out for a refund of $625, but so far, I’ve received no response.

I have been with them for a few months and it’s been really bad! There is no way to get help, no phone number available, and the chat staff are not nice at all. Their prices are high, and it is very hard to cancel, even making it impossible to see your own medication orders, which seems wrong. You should look at the Better Business Bureau before signing up. I switched to a new company and they cost $150 less each month with just an initial call and regular check-ins. They are understanding about my current dose and do not require me to start fresh, and the staff are nice and professional. Same price for any dose, and they deliver to my area.

They are thieves. If you sign up for a 3-month plan, they will “automatically” switch you to a monthly, more expensive plan on month 2. Buyer beware!😡
